It was a lovely big apartment in a great location.
The happy rental staff were beyond useless! They left us in 32 degrees for two hours outside of the apartment on arrival as they’d given us the wrong key. Not contactable and ruined our first evening-kids crying, my elderly mum overheating and stressed. They weren’t remotely sorry, they send a random man who was not affiliated with the company in any way to do a key swap. Really really poor service. The property was dated and had no air con. It’s was hot but we made the best of the fans and a portable unit- no instructions how to use it- I had to download the manual. The pool is VERY strict. No jumping in, inflatables or noise. Tricky with small kids….
