This place was convenient for us to visit family nearby, it was very clean and comfortably cool (it was a warm time in Auckland), beautifully set up for a small family to be comfortable in. It had all the basic amenities. We were thankful for this place. We liked the artwork and the design/set up with good quality furnishings.
The microwave oven was in an awkward place and not plugged in. The oven would not go on and we prepared food to bake. The drawers with utensils were mixed up. The pantry was sparse of cooking implements and untidy. The garage was messy. The back deck needs updating, repairs, painting... and to be made more inviting, comfortable. More plants in the back yard that flower would be nice...
