Sehr gute Lage, 9 Min Fussweg von der Flixbus Station, 14 Minuten Fussweg zum Hauptbahnhof/Tivoli. 4 Minuten Fussweg zum ehemals Fleischviertel, welches jetzt ein Szene- und Kneipenviertel ist.
Frühstücksmöglichkeiten gibt es überall, Reservierung wäre teilweise ratsam .
Die Unterkunft hat einen netten Altbaucharme, alles nötige ist vorhanden.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter klappte sehr gut, auch mit der Schlüsselübergabe seitlich an der Tür mit dem Code-Kasten.
Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, besonders in der Küche. 🫤 Die Lampe im Wohnzimmer ging immer noch nicht. (hatte ein Nutzer schon im Sommer bemängelt). Das Bad ist sehr klein und nicht gefliest. Und beim duschen gibt es eine Überschwemmung.
Das dämpfte leider etwas das Wohlfühlfeeling. 😬
Im Hinterhof stehen die Mülltonnen, manchmal wird pünktlich 7:00 Uhr dort der Müll abgeholt und man ist wach. Das ist aber kein Kritikpunkt, man schläft dort eigentlich sehr ruhig.

Location was excellent. Excellent kitchen with all kitchenware needed. Good heating. Secure and safe building.
The toilet and bathroom area was a bit smaller than expected.

Rustic. In an old building. The best apartment in terms of everything supplied to make life easy. Just like home. Coffee, salt pepper etc. You just buy your basics and everything else was supplied even sandwich wrap. Location was good. Supermarkets close by.
Nothing.. the bathroom is tiny, that's part of the experience. 😀

The location is fantastic as well as the offer to use HBO Max on the TV is appreciated
The couch was full of pet hair, with mud or dirt on the side. The apartment smelled of old, stale smoke making it very difficult to spend time there during the cold months as you don't really want to spend time with the window open. The beds were far too soft and then only one small pillow per person was given. At this price-range I want to say the apartment would be great, but unfortunately so many avoidable things made it uncomfortable to actually be inside the apartment.
