I liked that the person managing it was always replying to my questions. The house was clean and in a quiet area. The instructions to open the door were very easy to follow. There were basic things to cook and the dishes were sufficient.
The AC was not working and I asked beforehand about the heating because my sister was with her baby, and he didn't even mention that the AC is not working. It is not listed in the facilities but I would have liked to have a clear answer about this before coming. And we bumped our head multiple times even though we are of medium height because the ceiling was super low. We asked for a crib and I would have liked to have it placed in the room since I requested it before, but anyways.
