La propriétaire très sympathique. L’emplacement avec le quartier du couchant au top. L’allée commerçante à proximité et les marchés nocturne 3 fois semaine en saison très agréable. Lidl et express U à proximité pour faire les courses à pieds. Et pas mal d’activités à faire. La vue très agréable.

La vue depuis l appartement et la proximite de la plage, des commerces et du port.
Le rapport qualite/prix.
L appartement est fonctionnel.
Les lits de l entree manquent un peu de confort et celui du haut est dangereux pour un enfant car sans barriere et sans echelle.
