Absolutely beautiful large 3 floor house. Beautiful designs throughout.
A great place for family to stay. We found it useful that people can be in different areas of the house but still be together at times.
All wants and needs are catered for.
Great communication from owner from booking til end of stay.
It is very close to local amenities and an easy trip for Bristol too.
Good parking and a quiet neighbourhood.
We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home and ideal for us as a family. Plenty of facilities for children (parks) jogging (paths and river).
Dishwasher and washing machine and space for family.
Very warm.
Didn't like the 5pm check in and then a 10am check out. This gap requires shortening. Perhaps a 3 to 4pm check in

Clean and generally new decoration and furnishings; nice development
Insufficient kitchen equipment, such as big pot, salad bowl, adequate number of glasses for a 4-bedroom house; cooking pans may need replacement; arrival info was only shared after enquiry, no check back after arrival, no response about departure question, no house menu/guide for (recycling) bin locations, essential local info, etc.

The property is exceptional and furnished to a very high standard. We stayed for two nights (4 couples) and we were all very impressed with the property. Modern , large rooms and close to the train station (15 minutes walk) and town 20 minutes. Excellent location for visiting Bath and Bristol. Set in a residential area and nice and quiet day and night. Thoroughly recommend considering the Chocolate Quarter Townhouse of staying in the area.
