Posizione centralissima, host estremamente gentile e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema e necessità. Appartamento moderno arredato con buon gusto e dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari a rendere funzionale e confortevole il soggiorno.
Andrebbero effettuate alcune riparazioni, a causa della normale usura e probabilmente dell'utilizzo poco accorto e rispettoso da parte di alcuni ospiti.
Il pavimento, nonostante sia pulito, risulta appiccicoso (sicuramente a causa di prodotti non specifici per il lavaggio).

On the positive side, the location is convenient—about a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute walk from the Christmas markets.
However, despite the good location, the cleanliness and overall comfort did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again unless the cleaning and management are improved.
I was disappointed with my stay at this property. Although the late 4 pm check-in was explained as necessary for cleaning, the place was not properly cleaned when we arrived. There were spider webs and spiders in several corners of the apartment, and the bed sheets had stains on them.
When I contacted the host, she told me where the clean sheets were kept and suggested I change them myself, which I found unprofessional. She said she would come the next morning to clean. While some of the spider webs I had photographed were removed, others that I hadn’t shown her were still there, and the stained bed sheets were never changed. Also, the bed is not comfy at all.

Tout le logement est plutôt de qualité, il manque cependant des points IMPORTANTS à améliorer.
J'ai bien apprécié le confort de la chambre, literie, linge de lit et de toilette, la salle de bains, la cuisine et le fait que le logement soit très central, dans le centre historique intéressant de Mulhouse
Je n'ai pas apprécié de tomber dans cet escalier super dangereux; on m'a dit que j'étais la seule à avoir débaroulé sur la moitié de cette installation et m'être fait mal au dos. Soit. J'en suis très étonnée car : il est très raide, n'a pas de bandes antidérapantes sur les marches alors qu'il est en bois verni hyper glissant, et qu'il n'y a pas de rampe ou de corde le long du mur pour se tenir. Faites qq chose parce qu'un jour, vous aurez un blessé grave.
2ème point : le canapé est à changer. Même en étant seule et en mode assis, il y a un trou au milieu et...ce n'est pas confort du tout.
