The natural scenery of the Belledonne mountain range and Mont Granier, as well as La Croix du Nivolet, Le Revard and La Dent du Chat, invite you to explore, contemplate and relax. The Balcon des Bauges is the ideal place to recharge your batteries alone, as a couple or with the family, not far from the spa resorts of Aix-les-Bains and Challes-les-Eaux. This short-stay residence is also popular with business travelers and nature lovers who want both peace and comfort. The space comprises two bedrooms - one on the first floor and the second on a mezzanine accessible by a miller's ladder; you'll find a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a super-equipped kitchen. This family outbuilding comfortably accommodates 4 people, and exceptionally up to 6 holidaymakers. The mountains and alpine lakes offer a multitude of activities, whatever the season: skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, water sports... But also FARNIENTE!
