Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, just 30 meters from the Schlei fjord, is the spacious and stylish Swedish-style house Breeze 71. This holiday home offers approximately 180 square meters of living space for up to 8 people. With its unique view of the Schlei, this house is worth a visit any time of year.
The heart of the house is the ground floor with its open-plan living and dining area and adjoining open-plan kitchen. This generously sized room is tastefully furnished and offers a breathtaking view of the Schlei. Make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofa and enjoy a film on the flat-screen TV. Or perhaps you'd prefer to read one of the house's books in the comfortable armchair. The three-sided gas fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere.
The adjacent open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together or spending fun-filled evenings playing the house's board games. The dining area provides access to the furnished wooden terrace. The south-facing terrace offers unparalleled views of the water. From here, you can access the garden, which features another terrace with a beach chair.
In the basement of the holiday home, two bedrooms, each with a king-size box-spring bed (one 180x200cm, one 160x200cm), invite you to a restful night's sleep. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. The guest WC is located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200cm) and also an en-suite shower room. The other bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200cm). Various toys, books, and a comfortable armchair make this room a true paradise for children. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. The bathtub in this bathroom promises pure relaxation.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the house. For our youngest guests, we provide a travel cot, two highchairs, and a step stool. A stair gate ensures safety. Up to two pets are also welcome in this house.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Die Lage ist der Hammer. Direkter Blick aufs Wasser und wunderbar ruhig. Nette Nachbarn.
Leider gibt es im Souterrain nur ein Badezimmer, was auch nur von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer direkt zu betreten ist. Das war uns nicht richtig ersichtlich bei Buchung.
Sonst können wir nicht meckern.
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und der Kundenservice war auch klasse.
