About this apartment rental
My place is close to the city center, restaurants and dining, art and culture. All only a 5 minute drive. Have a Dino burger next door. We love dogs. Bring your pet. Sorry dogs only. Our Biergarten is pet friendly next door too. Pet fee is $50 paid in advance, max 1 pet. No puppies. NO UNPAID GUEST or PETS allowed on the property. No kids under 13 years. Kids do not stay free, thanks. Note: fire/bbq pit but not available due to fire ban. Bunkhaus has a private entrance, private restroom with shower. Entry has a coffee maker, mini fridge and spot for rover to eat. Coffee, sugar, creamer included for your stay. No cooking in room but we have a microwave to warm food. Bunkhaus sleeps 2 guest. Cot available for 3rd guest. We also have RV/Tent camping next door. Contact us about availability. Or check Pecan Grove Guesthouse calendar.

The location was great as it was next to a bar and little burger joint. While not in Fredericksburg it was definitely close enough and cost effective to be worth the extra few minutes driving
