The apartment is large, clean, comfortable, and very well furnished, with a lovely balcony and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay, exactly as described by the owner, whom we met upon arrival and who was very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, overlooking the Terme Antica Querciolaia spa park and within easy walking distance of the historic center.
On the downside, although the bed linen, blankets, and overall apartment cleanliness were exceptional, my sleeping cushion did not seem completely fresh, and there was a noticeable smell. Perhaps washable protective covers for the cushions would help. It would also be appreciated if a bit more toilet paper was provided.
