It is the perfect spot in bali, close to everything you will need. Spacious place, pool, ac, close to every major spot. Scooter rental at 1 min walk. Away from the noise so, you could get some peace. Great food option from local to fancy at 5 mins walk. Amazing owner who will help you with your necessities. This is the best affordable and perfect spot if you're looking to stay at bali. Recommend whole heartily.

Kids loved the private pool.

Loved the two separate areas for bedrooms 👍
Good communication from owner. Let us know when the cleaner was coming and at what time :)
Beds are extremely hard.

The property was inside an alley, but not much difficulties to navigate on car. The place are well maintained and the kitchen is also filled with good equipment to help you cook simple meals.
Perfect for a locals seeking staycation or those who wish to explore the beauty of ubud while staying in a bit of private area, but not too far from the main attractions in Ubud.
At the time of my stay (November 2024) there are what we assume villas being build in the surrounding, so expect a little noise here and there, but for us personally nothing too disturbing.
