Casa Silvia is perfect in so many ways - especially Silvia who was so welcoming and caring and could not have done more to make our stay such a happy one. We loved watching the lake and life around us on the stunning terrace and also enjoyed the lake view from the kitchen diner. Enjoyed a train trip to Rome, a visit to the Italian Airforce Museum and a bus trip to Trevignano and exploring the beautiful medieval streets, Castle and Duomo and it’s museum -and the lovely trattorias and local gelateria! Grazie Mille Silvia!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Silvia in Bracciano. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available when needed, which made our experience even better. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent as well, perfect for exploring Bracciano. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay

Восхитительный вид на озеро и на замок. В шаговой доступности до крепости и центра. Комфортный и теплый апартамент. Мы были восхищены хозяйкой Силвией, которая встретила нас, как дорогих родственников. Благодаря ее советам, складывалось впечатление, что мы в
городе уже не в первый раз. Паркинг общественный бесплатный, но место всегда было. Кроме того в ста метрах есть еще один за 1 евро в сутки. Обязательно вернёмся еще

Appartamento ristrutturato e molto pulito, spazi ben organizzati, armadi generosi, cucina completa, terrazza favolosa. Letti comodi. Non mancava nulla di ciò che normalmente serve durante un soggiorno fuori casa. Per ogni ospite un Kit di benvenuto per la pulizia personale e in cucina per una prima colazione. Avendo soggiornato in inverno, da sottolineare che tutte le stanze erano belle calde.
Posizione strategica, stazione a 400 metri, ideale per prendere il treno e visitare Roma, ristoranti ovunque, tutti i servizi principali vicini.
