Die Lage des Hauses war gut. Ruhige Anlage mit Außenterrasse. Zur Zeit aber viele Hummeln auf der Terrasse, die ständig an der Terrasse in Häuslöc her rein und raus fliegen. Der Vermieter hat schnell geantwortet.
Die Einrichtung bedarf unserer Meinung nach teilweise eine Renovierung . Der Duschkopf war mit Rost versehen. Im Bad gab es schwarze Flecken, auch am Fenster. Die Schlafzimmer kann man nicht ausreichend verdunkeln. Ein Bett war defekt.2 Schlafzimmer sind sehr, sehr klein. Der Teppichboden auf der Treppe erscheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein und fleckig. Das Sofa war mit Flecken versehen. Manches Geschirr in der Küche war nicht sauber. Die Heizkörper sind teilweise rostig.
