The property is well located on a quiet residential street. It is very close to the University and all the tourist attractions in Seattle. It had all the basic essentials we needed for a comfortable stay.
We were worried that parking would be an issue since there is only street parking. But there was always a spot available right in front of the property for us. The street is very quiet and seemed safe.

The location of the cottage is exceptional; Ravenna Park is half a block away, and is stunning! The cottage was very clean and well stocked, very comfortable.
The site stated parking was provided "on the premises"....which it is not. There was available street parking on a dead end street, so this wasn't an issue, but felt misleading from the Booking site.
