Location, the age of the buildings, quiet, Quaint village, very good food at the pub, a 2 minute walk from Longlands.
We loved driving through the narrow country lanes.

Absolutely stunning property for our little festive stay with our 3 little dogs. Very cosy cottage that was bursting with character. There are beautiful walks straight out of the front door with rolling fields down the valley. My husband popped out to the shops ( 10 minutes away ) and had the delight in seeing around 12 deer coming across the field.
Heather our host was the most kindest and welcoming lady, which made our fabulous stay so special. I had an appointment at Exeter hospital and Heather kindly accommodated us for a few hours more, so it tied in with the appointment time.
What wonderful memories we took home with us. Thank you Heather once again for your hospitality and beautiful property.
