Pros: 1. The location is very good, close to the airport. 2. The host offers luggage storage. A 20-inch carry-on costs €8 per day. I stored mine there for five days and paid €40, which was very convenient. 3. The room Is cozy and Is cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. A considerable number of residents there are from Africa and the Middle East, and they are quite friendly and welcoming. I also found a delicious Turkish kebab shop nearby.

Cons: 1. Paris can be quite cold in the early mornings and evenings in March. On two consecutive mornings, I woke up at 5 a.m. feeling cold, and when I touched the radiator, it was completely cold. I stayed in three different accommodations around Paris, and this did not happen in the other two. 2. The host’s checkout instructions require guests to take out the trash and remove all used bed linens (bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases) and place them in the laundry basket. I did not encounter such requirements in the other two accommodations. Since I chose to stay near the airport for convenience before catching a flight, having to complete these tasks made the checkout feel rushed and stressful. 3. There is a small design issue in the room: the toilet does not have a sink. After using the toilet, you have to walk across the living room to the shower room to wash your hands, which is inconvenient. 4. The host visited me the night before checkout and again on the morning of checkout, requesting that I give a perfect 10/10 rating, I chose to give an objective score of 8/10 based on my actual experience and comparison with other accommodations, in order to maintain the credibility of Booking.com and provide future users with a truthful reference.

J’ai aimé l’accueil personnalisé, la disponibilité et la réactivité de l’hôte. La situation géographique du logement, la place de parking sécurisée. Le petit jardin en arrière de la maison, le calme du quartier...

Lage im Wohngebiet, aber fußläufig zum nächsten Bahnhof und zur ebenfalls sehr guten Beaulongerie. Sehr sauber und sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Sharmila, die auch noch hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat und uns ermöglicht hat, das Auto schon vor dem eigentlichen Check-In auf dem Parkplatz abzustellen. Eingezäunter Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung.

Appartement extrêmement propre, bien équipé, au calme.
