We arrived with the wrong door combination but luckily someone met us and let us in.
The Wi-fi wasn't the correct one but no one got back to us.
The tv in the living room has a smashed screen (again no answer).
The tv in one bedroom was not connected to an aerial or cable and there was no tv in the small bedroom.
The was nothing in two of the bedrooms to hang clothes and neither had mirrors.
The shower door was broken.
The sink in the bathrrom didn't emptying properly.
The accomodation was for 5 people but only 4 cups, plates and bowls.
There were no glasses.
The cooker doesn't have the back shelf holders so the shelves don't sit level.
The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work.
The fridge is not acceptable for a 5 person accommodation and there was no freezer. We arrived with frozen stuff and could not put it away.
There was only 3 chairs for 5 people.
The shower is very weak.
There was dirty washing up in the sink.
I do have some positives...
The place was very clean (apart from the washing up).
The beds were very comfortable.
I come to Skegness every year and also told a lot of people about the accommodation because it was so near to the event that we were attending.
I sent all this to the owner, who has completely ignored me.
