As you drive up the hill toward our home, you'll pass through neighborhoods that embody the rural, small-town vibe. While Hurricane Helene left its mark on the area, the community has bounced back quickly and appreciates your support during this time. Your visit means the world to those rebuilding and helps keep the spirit of Swannanoa alive.
Ideally situated between Asheville and Black Mountain, Swannanoa is also a short drive from other nearby gems like Hendersonville and Maggie Valley. Here, you’ll find a delightful mix of shopping, dining, art enclaves, and landmarks such as the Biltmore Estate. The region is perfect for exploring local vineyards, farms, and natural wonders like Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, and Pisgah National Forest, all showcasing the stunning beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
