This well decorated pet friendly unit on the ground level is perfect for those traveling with little ones, whether 2 legged or 4. Enjoy the beach themed decor and warm summer colors the owner has picked out for their beach vacation home. The large dining room table provides the perfect setting for family meals or games. The large kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs and functions well for multiple chefs. It overlooks the living room and dining room so you are always part of the conversation. Beach and walking trail access is just a few steps away out the back gate.
Your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a year-round large outdoor hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. A fenced dog walk area is available for our 4 legged friends behind the clubhouse. Two EV Charging stations through ChargePoint are available for all guests near the clubhouse. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. You'll have a great Vacation by the Sea in Westport in this wonderful vacation home. This VRBO was excellent overall. I am thankful to have read previous reviews letting me know that furnishings and extras were limited. For example, no spices, games, books. It was not a problem for me to throw in a few extras from home to accommodate for this limitation. The location and amenities were great. I am thankful we were able to use the back gate to access the beach and we tried to be respectful of our neighbors that shared that back gate access.

We love Westport! This was our first time staying at Vacations By The Sea. The condo was clean and the location is great, nice being able to walk back and forth to the beach so easily. The amenities (pool, hot tub, basketball court, etc.) were a bonus for our kids. It was also nice that the condo we stayed in allowed our dog to come with us. It was the perfect last minute getaway. We had a great time, we would stay at these condos again.

We came down to the ocean to celebrate a family Christmas getaway. The unit was clean and welcoming. It was easy to find all necessary things (extra blankets, towels, cooking utensils) and is easy access to the dune trails from the back porch. The master bed was really uncomfortable, and made it hard to get to and stay asleep. We ended up leaving a night early because the bed was so uncomfortable. The hideabed in the couch was more comfortable than the master! This was the only complaint, however. Thank you for the great Christmas memory and we will be back soon!
