There is a big living space with a double bed ( 180 x 200 cm), and a hinged studio couch,a wardrobe, table & chairs and a nice garden or patio to enjoy the afternoon sun.
There is a fully equiped kitchen (fridge, 2 induction hot plate, microwave oven, Lavazza coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery & dinnerware) and a bathroom with toilette and shower in the bath tub or a large shower
In the kitchen you find a dishwasher to help yourself. Washing machine available too and Air Conditioning Daikin.
- For baby/small childeren we have: table seat, bed linen, blanket and pillow.
- Free Parking on the street available .
- Privat Parking available only on request with extra cost.

It is very easy to go to Frankfurt / Sachsenhausen.
It is very easy to go by public transportation as well. The S-Bahn Station is 10 minutes walking distance, or the Bus stop 300 mt. The tram 14 are starting every 10 minutes. It is 15 minutes to walk to the tram station and 15 minutes later you arrive at south station, from there you need via Metro 5 minutes more to the main station, 10 more minutes to Messe - all destinations without changing.
