Price, very affordable.
Strong wifi.
Good shower.
Nice view from our studio on the top floor.
Pretty peaceful, since being so high up.

Mattress appalling, we could clearly feel the bed springs. They seriously need to add a top mattress for comfort.
A very strange smell in the studio, like it hasn't been aired out properly.
No hooks, no wardrobe, no shelfs to hang your clothes, put your shoes or your bags.
Thin walls- we could hear the neighbors and the elevator.
Very minimalistic, no personality, no decoration.
The curtains were too long, we stepped on them when moving around.
Terrible location (but I knew that and it's not the accommodation's fault).
