Enjoyed our stay here, but a few things left us desiring more. Free coffee service downstairs ran out of coffee at 9:45 AM. However, after informing the staff it was not refilled for at least 15 minutes when I walked away.
Parking is valet only and additional $60 a day.
Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk is pretty responsive. I was able to answer questions and get us items as requested.
For the price I would’ve expected a high level execution.

When booking my stay, I paid extra for the hotel breakfast, which is served at the restaurant on the first floor. However, during check-in, the front desk never informed us that a reservation was required for breakfast.
The next morning, we arrived at the restaurant and waited 15 minutes just to speak with a staff member. After that, we were told there would be an additional 45-minute wait. At that point, it was already 8:40 AM, and breakfast only runs until 10:00 AM, making this completely unreasonable.
To avoid repeating the same issue, we made a reservation for 8:30 AM the following day. We arrived early at 8:20 AM, only to find a long line again. We checked in with the host at 8:30, and as of 8:45, we were still waiting to be seated.
This raises a serious question: what is the purpose of making a reservation if it is not honored?
And more importantly, is this level of service really acceptable for a Kimpton hotel?
The lack of communication, poor queue management, and complete disregard for guests’ time made what should have been a relaxing breakfast experience extremely frustrating.
