Vše v pořádku. Pouze v menší koupelně během sprchování tekla trochu voda ze sprchového koutu ven.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. The apartment itself is beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable. We were welcomed by a very pleasant young man who showed us everything and explained all the details. Even though I was a little nervous and did not fully complete all the documents at first, he remained calm, kind, and helped us check in smoothly. The building where the apartment is located is luxurious and very impressive. There is also a beautiful rooftop viewing terrace. A supermarket with everything you need is nearby, and the city center is only a 15-minute walk away.

One thing to keep in mind is the extra charges for late check-in. There is a €50 fee for arriving late, plus an additional €25 insurance fee for the property, which is non-refundable. So if your flight is delayed, for example, you may need to pay an extra €75 on top of your booking price. It is just something to consider when planning your stay.

The roof terrace was really nice (but you have to download an app for registering as there can only be 40 people at the same time), and the couch area was nice. It was mostly clean

I had to check in online beforehand myself which took long and the contract only came in Spanish then (which I don't speak). In the contract were fees that weren't shown beforehand (they took it off after I complained). Very inconvenient is that you really have to fix an arrival time and they charge you 50€ late fee if you don't meet it (which can be difficult if you travel by plane from another country). The pool was closed (my main reason to book there). The appartement: the kitchen wasn't very well equipped, no bowls, very little cutlery, not really many plates and cups. The blankets of the beds were proper super winter blankets which means you sweat like hell. The view wasn't very nice as it went to the dried bed of a river and also the appartement is on the second floor (of 30) so not much of a view. In the second shower there was a bit mold (the smaller one we didn't use as it was very small). I wouldn't book it again. Further: they send you some recommendations which I first thought was nice until I wanted to book a taxi through one of their suggestions and the taxi would have cost 37€ for a 8 minutes drive. No comments to that.
