Key Pad easy to use and find. Property was extremely clean and well maintained. All home comforts present. Very quiet and peaceful location. Nothing to fault with the cottage. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again.
The instructions to find the cottage - it needs to include you turn by the sign Lakeside Cottages - the white gates mentioned are not visible from the main road. Apart from that, no complaints.

The location was very convenient for the drive to Goodwood in the mornings. Nice pub in the close vicinity for supper and drink. Supermarket reasonably nearby to purchase breakfast supplies.
Well equipped kitchen and utility room with iron etc and washing machine. Spacious lounge. Nice outside area for sitting though weather was not nice enough to use it.
Could do with a blind in the bathroom, clear glass and on the ground floor, backing onto someone’s garden!
Hot tap not working in the wash basin.
Shower a little temperamental.
Lots of other people’s random stuff left in cupboards and on shelves in between lounge and bedroom. A bit odd and untidy!
Certain areas looked a bit unkempt, ie the lounge carpet worn and marked in places and in the kitchen there were wet coffee stains under the coffee machine.
Two completely full to overflowing wheelie bins of rubbish were left positioned outside the front of the property to welcome us when we arrived! Not very welcoming! We wheeled them away to the end of the drive where they ought to have been left for bin collection.
