Дуже тихе місце,поруч багато магазинів.Велике помешкання,зручне планування будинку,дуже тепло (тепла підлога!), рекуперація повітря! Можна з хатніми тваринами!
Немає каміна,немає гриль зони на вулиці, немає обладнання для відпочинку на терасі.Відсутність м.хвильової печі та еспресо кавомашини

Tolle Lage, die Größe des Hauses ist super und das Haus ist neu (eigentlich)
Außenanlage war eine Katastrophe. Unkraut, defekte Möbel auf der Terrasse, keine Terrassenmöbel. Kaputte Fliesen überall, defekte Jalousien und Fensrergriffe, klebriger Boden im ganzen Haus, Ecken in der Küche schmutzig, vielen Flecken an den Wänden, sehr überschaubare Einrichtung, keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad und keine Haken für Handtücher, fehlende Steckdosen bei den Betten so das selbst die dort vorhandenen Lampen kein Strom hatten, im Haus mit 8 Better nur Besteck für 4 Personen, 6 Mülltonnen direkt an der Terrasse voem fenster weil so am dichtesten an der Straße. Schade eigentlich da das Haus mega Potential hat.
