La communication avec le propriétaire, la proximité du lieu de formation. L’accessibilité et la description très claire.
L’isolation, qui inévitablement s’est ressenti sur le bruit de la rue. Le bâtiment(pas le studio) n’est pas forcément très propre. Le canapé lit n’est pas très confortable pour 4 nuits de suite.

Situé à proximité de la gare Saint Denis, le studio est modeste et dispose de tout le nécessaire.
Les voisins étaient bruyants, mais tout allait bien.

The apartment itself was very clean and did not use overly scented cleaning products
To begin with, the window was broken and would not shut for the first two days.
The front door was reliably jammed and very delapidated
The staircase to the flat is a fairly tight and narrower than most stairs spiral staircase— obviously outside the control of the host, but I would have appreciated a note in the description somewhere, as I had a large 30kg bag to haul up and it was fairly precarious.
I was also provided an incorrect address link.
