Excellent location to access all of the sights of old Rouen.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The staff were super helpful and polite at all times.
We were unable to find the hotel car park and ended up in the Opera Carpark. Clearer instructions on the website would be helpful because stopping in the city centre to ask for direction’s was a bit stressful!

Emplacement super, nous avons garé la voiture le vendredi et ne l’avons repris que le dimanche pour repartir; idéalement situé nous avons donc pu tout faire à pieds (avec enfant de 5,5 ans) : visite de la ville, restaurants etc.
L’hôtel est propre, les équipements de qualité et le personnel très aimable !
Nous reviendrons !

Piscine bien chaude , un bon accueil .
Pour un lit deux personnes , c'était , 2 matelas accolés malheureusement si on a tendance a bouger en dormant on se retrouve dans un trou :(
Dommage qu'il n'ait pas de baignoire dans les chambres simple

Le positionnement très central, le bâtiment empli d’histoires
La literie assez médiocre pour un établissement de ce standing. Matelas durs et rattachés l’un à l’autre pour faire un lit deux places… draps très sommaires.
