Good for group gatherings, sufficient parking
Space looks smaller than photos, a lot of glass doors incl bedroom and shower that would not close properly- if you are staying with friends might be awkward. Two toilets not quite enough for the size of the property. Cleanliness of the cutlery/ kitchen utensils are questionable. Sign to the property could be more clear especially at night with no street lights. Not all external doors are lockable.

The main areas were great - kitchen and the dining and living areas. Plenty of room and nice Xmas touches. Great for entertaining our large family group. The main birthday lunch for 11 of us worked incredibly well - perfect table. Nice garden - great for our dog. Beautiful eucalyptus. Nearby Whitmoor Common was amazing for walking and perfect on a misty winter morning. The kitchen was well equipped and had there were basic herbs/spices/oil etc.
The bedrooms were adequate. The second bathroom was functional, but with signs of wear. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack, but recognize it can be hard for a party of this size.
