The location
The sheet on the bed needed to be washed before we could sleep on it. There were so many long black hairs everywhere on the sheets, the floor, the settee & the bathroom. I had to purchase glass cleaner before we could see the tv & also purchased bathroom cleaner before we could use. The laundry services were good although we had to clean out the tumble dryer before it would dry anything & the area didn’t look like it had been cleaned for years with so much dirt & grime.
This is a basement flat & people from the sand block would stand outside smoking, so smelly.
