Die Lage der Unterkunft war fantastisch! Direktes Seegang, mehrere Restaurants/ Beach Bars, privater Parkplatz vorhanden - gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge zu Wasserfall Wanderung, Naturreservat, kurze Strecke zu tollem Strandbad in St.Jorioz und etwa 30min nach Annecy.
Der Ausblick auf den See war ein Highlight, zwei Etagen waren mit Kindern toll, weil man abends noch zusammen sitzen konnte, während die Kinder schliefen.
Tatsächlich sind die Appartments (wie auch in vorherigen Bewertungen angegeben) etwas in die Jahre gekommen - es ist aber dennoch gemütlich. Für meinen Geschmack etwas viel Teppich/ Textilien (Hausstauballergiker kriegen hier Probleme), die Küche könnte besser ausgetastet sein mit Pfannen/ Töpfen und es fehlte eine Nudelkelle. Ansonsten aber super für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern.

De locatie was top, de sleutelservice was stipt op tijd maar we kregen vooraf en ter plaatse extra kosten aangerekend voor het linnen.
Het bestek ik de keukenlade was niet proper en alles had een opknapbeurt nodig. Sloten, gordijnen, tuintje… . Werkpuntjes!!

Endroit parfait pour ceux qui veulent des vacances tranquilles sur le lac d’Annecy. Le Spar et la boulangerie sont à quelques minutes à pied et il y a un accès très agréable au lac et à une terrasse privée. La vue est magnifique et le lit excellent. L’appartement n’est pas très grand mais il est charmant et fonctionnel.
Certains appartements donnent sur le restaurant de plage situé juste à coté et pour ceux-là, c’est musique du matin au soir. Les appartements de l’autre coté ( coté église) sont beaucoup plus calmes. Autre petit bémol : le frigo faisait pas mal de bruit. Comme on était 2 et qu’on dormait dans la chambre, ça n’était pas un problème mais si on avait été 4 et que le canapé-lit du salon avait été occupé, ça aurait quand même été difficile de dormir avec ce bruit.
