La llegada autónoma es muy cómoda y rápida, el apartamento tiene prácticamente de todo. La calefacción funciona muy bien y las ventanas aíslan bien el ruido de las vías del tren.
No está especialmente cerca del centro, no hay ascensor, algo de limpieza extra de vez en cuando no vendría mal.
