These two private bedrooms and private bathrooms are located inside this newly constructed home on Arch Street.
Layout:
The Mr. Rogers Room is located on the first floor of the home.
The second floor has the kitchen, living room, dining room and a half bathroom. Use these shared common areas as much as you need.
The third floor features The Warhol room and a third bedroom that is occupied by the property owner.
Each Bedroom Features:
-Digital door knob that gives you peace of mind when it comes to safety and privacy
-Private ensuite full bathroom
-Queen bed
-Smart TV
-Work station
You have exclusive access to your two private rooms with private bathrooms.
The living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath are shared with the property owner.
*Since the kitchen is shared and the owners are vegetarian we would like to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests. We kindly request that you limit your cooking activities to light cooking. Heavy cooking, which involves prolonged or excessive use of heat-generating appliances, is not permitted.
Light cooking includes stovetop to warm up pre-cooked meals, prepare simple sandwiches, wraps, or salads, sautéing vegetables, tofu, boil eggs, prepare breakfast items like cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit.
No deep-frying, grilling or barbecuing, roasting any kind of meats, fish or seafood.
We are proud to be located with The Mexican War Streets neighborhood of Pittsburgh. This beautiful and historic neighborhood has plenty to offer. The name comes from the 1840s development of the land which was then called Buena Vista. The surrounding streets were named from people and places of the Mexican-American War, hence the current name, the Mexican War Streets.
