Superb spacious, modern apartment, bathed in light, renovated in 2024 and fully equipped.
Very quiet apartment of 85m2 in a secure luxury residence with digital code. The “le petit château” residence also gives you access to its private tennis court. Private secure indoor parking space outdoor parking reserved for the residence.

20m2 terrace facing south facing the forest of Marly Le Roi. Views on one side of the forest, the Eiffel Tower, the La Défense district and on the other side of the small castle in the village of Hennemont and the residence's tennis court.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator. It is made up of 3 rooms:
Spacious master bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160cm wide with view of the castle and tennis court.
Bedroom 2 modern couple: 1 double bed 140cm with view of the castle and tennis court.
Bedroom 3 adults/children comfort: 2 single beds separated by 90cm. A small office to enjoy teleworking.
Optional: The sofa (bed) in the living room is foldable and can also accommodate 2 additional people if necessary.
2 bathrooms for more privacy, 1 of which has a bathtub. 2 toilets. A large dressing room for storage.
Fully equipped American kitchen open to the living room and the terrace:

High speed WiFi

The train serves all of Paris and its suburbs in less than 40 minutes: Nanterre, La Defense, Champs Élysées, central Paris, Gare de Lyon, Vincennes, etc. Versailles is 15 minutes by car.
The best part: the international high school is located at the end of the street, 100m away on foot. Ideal for children.
You can also enjoy the historic center of Saint Germain en Laye, a 15-minute walk away, made up of its magnificent castle as well as all its restaurants and shops which make up the charm of this royal town of character.
The proximity to the forest of Marly Le Roi finally allows long walks in the great outdoors.

Super cute and in quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. Lots of room to move around. We would rent this unit again:)
