About this house rental
The Quarters can be found in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to nearly everything Columbus has to offer! It has three sleeping rooms 1) Primary suite with king bed, sitting area and full, private bathroom 2) Queen bedroom with direct access to main bathroom and 3) the Den with a twin on top and full size on bottom bunkbed.
The Quarters is adjacent to Wyandotte Winery, Central Ohio’s first winery, established in 1977, consistently chosen as "tops in Columbus" in both CityScene Magazine and the Columbus Dispatch Community Choice Awards. Wyandotte Winery has live music for you to enjoy along with wine made on site. Winery open hours are Thursday – Saturday. See the Wyandotte Winery website for current hours, wine selections and on site events.

- One reserved parking space in Winery parking lot
- Large living room with electric fireplace and dining area
- 55” TV with Roku allows you to watch your streaming channels.
- Full kitchen with modern appliances. Keurig dual coffee maker with starter set of coffee.
- Home laundry with full size washer and dryer
- Linens and towels are provided. Initial sets of laundry detergents, kitchen needs and liquid soaps in bathroom are also included.
- 24 hour maintenance line
- Concierge service, including grocery stocking is available for additional fee.
- No smoking or drug use on property
- No parties or events unless previously booked and approved thru Wyandotte Winery.
- Sorry no pets
- It is against our policy to book this property for someone else. The person or persons that book the home must be staying at the property.
Additional rules:
- There is one reserved spot for the Quarters guests in Winery parking lot, other spots may be available in front of the grape vines near the road. If arriving during busy hours, additional parking on the court across the street. There is NO overnight parking allowed at the Church overflow lot. Once there is availability (outside of the one reserved spot) you may move your vehicle from the church to the Winery. While there are other spots available most of the time, during Winery open hours we may need to restrict how many vehicles will be allowed to park on site. As you are required to identify your vehicles upon arriving, we'll be sure to let you know the specifics.
Other things to note
At times there will be events and open hours at the adjacent Winery. The latest the Winery is open is 9PM. During the summer there is live music outside on the patio which the Primary bedroom overlooks.
Owners are onsite during tasting room open hours at the adjacent Winery. In addition, there may even be wine being made in the wine cellar during your stay!

Very spacious and comfortable accommodations. Loved the two arm chairs and bench in the extra large bedroom with king bed and night stands with lamps and clock with usb ports. Plenty of electrical outlets and good wifi. Full size stacked washer and dryer were very useful for our longer stay with just carryon luggage. Kitchen has full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, stove and coffee maker (with which you could make a pot of coffee or single cups with fill your own "k" cups, which we really liked). Plenty of new dishes and glasses of different sizes. Pots and pans were limited (several scratched non-stick). Bring your own spices and seasonings. Robin was very easy to reach via vrbo messaging for miscellaneous questions. Easy check-in and keyless entry. Dedicated parking space. Located on a large property in quiet setting with easy access to Easton, I-270, Morse Rd, 161, airport, Blendon Woods. Winery and live music on Thurs, Fri and Sat were of added interest without infringing on solitude and comfort. You can hear the music and people but it was not objectionable or bothersome and the hours were limited. There might be some groups at the winery on other nights, such as a book club. None of these should be of any concern to people staying at The Quarters. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Within an easy 20 minute drive to all activities of interest to us. Would definitely try to book again if back in the Columbus area.
