Between the living space and entrance corridor lies a separate kitchen, a culinary haven styled with white cabinets and marble-textured countertops and floors. Every appliance you need, including a washing-drying machine, stands ready to bring your culinary dreams to life.

Retreat to one of the three separate bedrooms, each a secluded haven of tranquility offering dimmed natural light for optimal relaxation. Two bedrooms cater to adults with double-sized beds, while the additional bedroom is perfect for teenagers or young individuals with a single-sized bed. All beds are adorned with fresh new linens and duvets, and ample walk-in storage space is provided in every bedroom.

The sanitary area includes a convenient bathroom with bathtub and an elegant supplementary toilet, both meticulously maintained and complemented with free soap and fresh, fluffy towels.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
