About this house rental
Convenient, central location for events in the beautiful Skagit Valley this Spring! This home is clean, comfortable and safe with outdoor spaces to enjoy. Plenty of room to accommodate family gatherings with large pantry, beverage fridge, indoor dining to seat 9, outdoor dining table seats 6. Backyard with mature, park-like landscaping, fully fenced, well-lit with covered patio, BBQ, dining table, TV and seated fire pit area. Garage with 2 parking spaces, two additional driveway spaces as well as street parking. 3 bedrooms with high quality mattresses and blackout curtains. Direct neighbor to the hospital but it is a quiet home and neighborhood. We are a neighbor to the property, we're here to help if you need anything!

We were so impressed with our stay @ the property.
Nicole was amazing, the house was beautifully furnished, modern and clean. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were a group of 5. The house was perfect, and much larger than what we expected. Great for entertaining, with an outdoor fire pit, which we were not able to enjoy, We come from Hawaii at least 2 times a year, and we will rent again for sure. Thank you Nicole !!

We had a great stay. Nicole is a great host and was very responsive to compunctions. We got lucky the Seattle traffic was nice to us and we got to the house a little early. I contacted Nicole and she accommodated with no hesitation and allowed us to check in and hour early. Apon arrival The description and pictures of the property are exactly what you get.
