With over 75 stores, this is perfect for a shopping day. Enjoy discounts up to 70% on your favorite brands. The outlet has 7 restaurants serving a variety of cuisines. Located slightly outside the city centre, reachable by bike, public transport, or car.
🎯 Playdôme
A fun indoor activity hub featuring laser gaming, hyper bowling, karting, funcurling, and axe throwing—all with a winter sports theme. Ideal for a rainy day. Accessible by bike, public transport, or car.

A lively square with many restaurants and large terraces.
Grand Café Chagall – Beautiful, characteristic building perfect for lunch, dinner, drinks, or bites.
Eetboetiek Festina Lente – Cozy lunchroom with delicious sandwiches, the best cheesecake in Roosendaal, and high tea options.
🥩 Restaurant Los Latinos
Grilled meat heaven with a large, cozy covered terrace. Perfect for an evening of enjoyment.
🍴 Tapas Bar Pinxos
A little gem in the city centre offering pinchos from Basque Country, tapas from Sevilla, and a lively Latin-American atmosphere. Ideal for lunch, appetizers, or a long dinner.
🚆 Roosendaal Train Station
Well connected to cities across the Netherlands and Belgium, including Amsterdam, The Hague, and Antwerp.
When you enter through the shared entrance, walk up the stairs and on the first floor you will find the apartment which is all yours.
This beautifully renovated apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Enter through the hallway with a toilet, then the open kitchen with dining table. Kitchen includes:
Combi microwave
Induction stove
Dishwasher
Fridge with freezer
Nespresso machine (coffee & tea provided for the first day)
Water boiler & all necessary utensils
The living room has a sofa, SMART TV, and a workspace—perfect for relaxing or working.
🛏️ Bedroom
King-size box-spring bed with TV. Two extra beds can be added to accommodate 4 guests.
🚿 Bathroom
Rain shower and double sink for two, ideal for getting ready together.
🧺 Extras
Washer-dryer combo, clothes steamer, and drying rack.
- There is the option for a day pass parking off premises, for this you pay €10 and then you can park your car in the entire paid parking area. You can buy a day pass at the parking meters on the street.
No standard Hotel Roosendaal, but a cozy apartment at Bed and Koffie - perfect for a relaxing night away.

👥 Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Identification may be required.
🚫 Drugs (soft or hard) are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
💶 Tourist tax is charged separately and must be paid before check-in.
