Fully equipped kitchen + living area. Private fenced yard with hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ & patio. Perfect for couples, families, or business travelers. Minutes to wineries, hiking, and downtown Medford with your own entrance, parking & privacy.
Our modern guesthouse is spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open layout and high ceilings create a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing or entertaining. From the property, enjoy peaceful farmland views and take in the stunning mountains — Roxyann, Mt. McLoughlin, and Mt. Ashland — right from your doorstep. Just minutes from Medford, Rogue Valley wine country, and outdoor adventures.
Guests have full access to the entire guesthouse, tucked behind our detached shop on a private acre. Enjoy your own entrance, private fenced backyard, and patio with seating, BBQ, and hot tub. It’s a peaceful space to relax outdoors, with the sounds of nature and the occasional chicken in the distance — offering a true countryside feel while still being close to town.
We value your privacy above all else and give guests complete space during their stay. While we rarely interact onsite unless requested, we’re always available if you need assistance. If asked, we’re happy to share recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities — but we’ll never offer unsolicited advice. Your comfort and peace are our highest priority.
We are located in a quiet rural neighborhood, in the heart of Southern Oregon farm land. We are 1 mile to award winning wineries, a country market and just 3 beautiful scenic miles to downtown historic Jacksonville where you can find shops, dining, hiking and entertainment. Also just minutes away is downtown Medford and Central Point with more amenities and culture for you to enjoy and explore. We truly are located in the middle of all the action that Southern Oregon has to offer.
Travel by automobile is your best option for transportation, Uber / Lyft are easy options for those of you who are flying in or just want tour without the hassle of driving.
If you are up for a bike ride, Jacksonville is well within riding distance at just 3 miles to downtown.
The west hills country store is within 1 mile, serving tap beers, a wide verity of wine and deli sandwiches.
Enjoy fast WiFi and a 50” 4K Smart TV with YouTube TV, Disney+, Netflix, and Hulu for all your streaming needs. An office desk is provided, making the space ideal for remote work or extended stays.

This place was great! Very clean and the bed was comfortable. If we are passing through again we would not hesitate to stay here again. Also the location was in a nice neighborhood as well.

Listing on VRBO is spot on. This rental did not disappoint. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with easy access to the town of Medford or Jacksonville and just a short drive to Ashland. Would stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend.

The property was very lovely. Enjoyed both the hot tub and the ability to cook food instead of going out to eat. It was nice and calm.
