The home's perks extend to an additional family room, a private washer/dryer, and outside to the scenic patio. Due to the area's pleasant weather patterns, this home is not equipped with air conditioning.

Was extremely disappointed and inconvenienced due to no propane in the BBQ tank as well as not utensils for the BBQ. It was almost impossible to find a place to refill on July 4th. Management needs to either warn or ensure that the tank is ready for customers. When I notified the management company, it took a while for them to respond and didn't offer a solution for the inconvenience. Not even an offer to reimburse. Terrible Customer Service for a rental of this price.
