🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning)
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings.
🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice

📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

Really liked the location. Easy to get downtown Cleveland and plenty of shopping near the home. The house was clean and well kept. Temperature control was great, nice windows, lighting and the home was cozy. Great TV and WiFi for entertainment. Bedrooms were upstairs and very clean and comfortable. We took lots of good naps from being ‘on the go’. Showers had great hot water and we used the W/D which was great. Didn’t use the ping pong table but that looked very fun! Plenty of towels, good linens and pillows which is how the whole home felt. The kitchen appliances were perfect, we cooked and used everything without any issues as if we were in our own home. Again, really easy to get to many things in Cleveland downtown and enjoyed the home. Would stay at this home again! Safe neighborhood and home has a security system. Very good communication with the owner.

Comfortable little home. Cute ping pong table in the basement. Walking distance to Beach Club Pizza! Plenty of towels and wash clothes for my three day stay! Many thanks. Would book again.

We had an amazing host, the house showed in person as great as it did in pictures , with an added bonus the street and neighbors were great.5 stars across the board! You are walking distance to Edgecliff drive to walk and see Lake Erie!

The was fairly good, my opinion for improvement is cleaning , I found dried blood on the kitchen counter, also the neighbors dogs are very aggressive, if you are afraid of dogs this will not be a good choice for you, and I think it should be television in the bedroom everyone has to share one television.
