ProsThe casita was very nice with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The hosts provided good instructions for how to access the home and we felt safe and secure. There were lots of pillows which I appreciated. The neighbors are very nice and neighborhood has a lot of neat cottage style houses. The hosts provided a discount at a really good restaurant which we enjoyed. The towels are excellent quality. There are a couple nearby stores for purchasing groceries or supplies.ConsThe address isn't as shown on the map but hosts send the address right away. It's about a mile from the location on the map in the listing.The couch is very small and uncomfortable. There is a light that flashes on and off through the bedroom window, probably from a motion sensor and maybe due to the people in the second backyard unit. There isn't a great space for working. There are kids who play in the backyard in the afternoon - they have a lot of fun but just be aware that there is noise from that.

I was staying in the property to recover from an abdominal surgery as I was from out if state. The couch was not comfortable for my husband to hang out all day and there was no recliner for comfort. Very clean, host very welcoming and attentive. My biggest issue was seeing the address in the middle of the night. I checked in at 1130 at night so it was hard to find what house as the address markers did not light up.

Booked unit 1 for a weekend , it was very comfortable , it’s a cute little one bedroom apartment. It is on the owners property just in the backyard. We did not mind but I know many people prefer their privacy . The neighbors are friendly and it seemed like a safe neighborhood overall. The address is different than the one listed on the booking. I had trouble finding my itinerary since Expedia is working with other third party companies ,I had to contact Expedia support and they were the ones who redirected me with the third party and I was finally able to get my itinerary the day of the booking . That part was tricky but other than that we would consider booking again. Thank you for having us !
