About this house rental
This charming ground floor condo has everything needed for a couple or small family to thoroughly enjoy their time in Newport. Just a few houses from the beach this clean updated rental is walkable to Newport Pier and amenities plus steps to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula. Larger families can add on the upper unit to add two bedrooms, two baths and the fabulous rooftop deck!

The living area has a couch - which converts to a queen sleeper sofa - coffee table and side chair, dining table with four chairs and a TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with two stools for quick snacks before heading to the sand.
Bed & Bath
The spacious bedroom has bright, colorful beachy décor, a queen bed and wall-mounted flat panel TV. The adjacent hall bath has a tub/shower combination.
Outdoor Space
The property has a ground floor patio with beach and ocean views and a barbecue. Two car tandem garage parking is provided for the lower unit. A shared full-size washer and dryer is located in the garage.

This was our first time in Newport Beach and we are already counting down the days until we come back. We loved our house, especially the location - super close to the beach. The 1 bedroom is super roomy. The unit provided everything we needed. I only wish the couch was a sleeper sofa but a queen size air mattress was provided.

The stay was wonderful...could not have picked a better location. Property description was accurate regarding the location, layout, etc. The property was well-maintained. It looked very clean, only complaint was we have a crawling baby who's knees were black within 5 minutes of crawling on the floor. So although it looked immaculate...the floor obviously needed mopped! Another watch-out is if there is a group staying in the apartment above you...the walls are VERY thin. You will hear everything. And since there is no air conditioning, you leave the windows open (which is fine from a coolness perspective), but if your upstairs neighbors are having a (really) good time on their roof deck until the wee hours of the morning...you might have to close the windows (and therefore not be as cool as there is no fan in the bedroom)! Overall excellent stay and would rent again in a heartbeat!

The family had a great time in the vacation rental. The place is clean and updated. The weather was great. A bit Hot in the back bedroom with no A/C. Only a couple small hiccups but nothing crazy. The toilet kept running due to a bad flap. Burr White sent the plumber right out to fix it. Thanks
The pictures on the website show that the house has bikes and a bikes or SUP when we were there. A little disappointed about that But there are alot of rental places around.
