This is a beautiful house, set up as a duplex with upstairs and downstairs kitchen and laundry machines. Very spacious for our extended family and grandkids. The location near Forsythe Park is great. We loved it!

The property was beautiful inside and out. It was much nicer than anticipated. Great rooms and convenient to everything, great location. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

This is listed as a 4 BR, which is not really accurate. 2 1/2 BR at best. The back yard space is not really usable due to the overgrown plants and weeds. Minimal linens, as there weren’t enough towels for everyone. We had to purchase toilet paper..they only provide a ‘starter set’. The house was clean, but there were some areas that could use repair. There wasn’t cold water in the upstairs kitchen area faucet and the air conditioning did not stay on, which caused the unit to be overly warm.
