This stone built house is located at Tzitzifes in the area of Apokoronou away from the urban noise in a peaceful and green environment ideal for lovers of hiking and for those who want to relax but close to our wonderful beaches such as Georgioupoli & Kalives which are only 15 min away, around 30 min from the famous springs of Argiroupoli, Rethymnon and Chania city center by car.
This lovely traditional style maisonette with its beautiful combination of stone and wood decorated with a traditional and antique style is situated in a wonderful pure green environment. On the ground floor, there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining space, a living area with a flat screen television, an old broadloom, a sewing machine, a six seat dining table and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms both with an air conditioning system, heating and a spacious veranda with a parasol. One of them has a double bed with a wardrobe and a TV while the other one has two single beds and one baby cot. On the outdoor area, there is a patio with dining furniture and a retractable awning where you can enjoy your meals or your drink including a private parking lot.
