We really enjoyed the cottage and the location. Bonus: The culinary knives were sharp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It was very pleasant to sit outside under the amazing tree(s) and next to the canal. This is a central location, so we were able to easily drive to local attractions - even Presque Isle.Pots and pans are available; bring your own storage containers/sandwich bags/foil.Be sure to visit the fresh eggs and vegetable stand on the left as you head into Mayville! :)

The property was very clean and quaint. It was much smaller than I had envisioned, even though it was clearly depicted in the picture shown the line. Having an old lady bladder. And having to come down those stairs from the attic to use the bathroom during the nightwere very frightening however they were clearly marked to take your time. My husband who main objective was to fish was able to catch a few perch in the inlet right outside our door. Chautauqua Lake resort was not far away.We did enjoy your stay.
