Guest access
The property has four units. This is a self-contained unit with a separate entrance therefore nothing will be shared. The unit is located on the 1st floor of the fourplex. This means that you will have the entire place to yourself, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area.

Guests have access to:

1. The front patio at the shared entrance.
2. The in-unit private deck area from the living room.
