About this house rental
Welcome to our charming Zionsville country home conveniently located 10 minutes to downtown Zionsville, 15 minutes to Grand Park, 20 minutes to downtown Carmel, 25 minutes to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, home of the Indianapolis 500, and 30 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Our property comfortably accommodates 6 adults and is perfect for families or small groups and is furnished with all of the amenities of home.
The Property:
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has been recently updated. As you step through the front door you will find a comfortable and relaxing living with a leather couch, comfortable chairs, and a smart TV. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 8. There is also space for dining on the back patio.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is ample counter space, modern kitchen appliances, refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and pods, and toaster. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee cups, wine glasses and more.
Our home features three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom features a queen size bed, ample closet space, and blackout curtains. Freshly laundered linens and nonallergenic comforters and pillows are provided for your comfort. Each bathroom is stocked with all the essentials including towels, washcloths, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
We also provide a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The laundry area is fully stocked with detergent and also includes an iron and ironing board.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire property other than a storage closet in Bedroom 3. Entry to the property is through a secure keypad system. Guest codes are unique for each stay providing the highest level of security. Guests can park their vehicles in the driveway next to the house.
Other things to note:
While in a rural area the home is less than 5 minutes away from several restaurants, and a gas station and convenience store. You can find many restaurants, parks, and other attractions in nearby Zionsville, Carmel, and Westfield.

When you look out the window, you're out in the countryside, with a corn field across the highway. But you're only a mile from the northern Indianapolis suburbs, where our family activities were located. I was concerned about the highway being close to the house, but there's very little traffic, and the bedrooms are not on the street-facing side. Very Nice
