About this house rental
DOWNTOWN AND CHARMING! Just renovated - inside and out - with all new...everything! 3 well-appointed bedrooms - with large closets - (king, queen, twins), 2 full baths. Fabulous patio area with a fire pit, patio furniture, and a South Beach "party bar" - including fridge, snow-cone machine and all the fixins'. House sleeps 8, including sleeper sofa. (3 more sofas if you need them). Pet friendly, with large fenced-in back yard. It's close enough to the Square and Campus (10-15 minute walks), but still secluded and private - at the end of a beautiful - and dead-end street. Plenty of parking. It's a perfect place to chill, and entertain your friends and family! Spacious high-style living room ( TV), and knocked-out dining area for 6. Cozy pub-inspired panelled den with leather furnishings, game table (plenty of games available), and fireplace (TV). Huge, and oh-so-cool sunroom with seating for...many...., "official" dart board, (lighted), Ms Packman, and an enormous TV. Kitchen has all new appliances, designer tile, great finishes, cool dishes, etc., and washer/dryer/ironing board discretely located behind original louver doors. One bathroom boasts its original TEAL tub, (too cool to replace), but everything else is new! The other bathroom - en suite - is crisp and perfect - with a shower. It's a "place in Oxford" (inside and out) that you'll love - and probably will want to visit often!

The property was just as described. The beds were comfortable; the house was perfect for the 3 of us. The host had thought of everything, including a bottle of wine and snacks. We had a great graduation weekend. Thank You!

Hosts have thought of everything to make your stay ideal. The punchy interior is styled with such flair. It was tempting not to try to extend our weekend here. Downtown and Charming is a real gem.
