One Bedroom with king bed, workstation, dresser, 55` Smart TV, & Closet
Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker
Newly renovated bathroom with heated floors
Living room with full-sized sleeper sofa, fireplace, dining area, and Smart TV
Covered patio with outdoor seating
Private yard with BBQ, hammock, and views
Free, onsite washer/dryer
Driveway parking for 2 cars
Keyless self check-in
Soap and paper products provided
Outfitted with luxurious 100% cotton linens
Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked supply cabinet.
We are not located onsite but are available remotely or in-person as needed.
Juniper Ranch is located off of Dry Creek Road in the historical Color Cove neighborhood. The neighborhood consists of ranch land, horse properties, and estates on large 1+ acre lots. This is a quiet residential area, please be respectful of our neighbors. We are in close proximity to West Sedona and many trailheads, including: Devils Bridge, Thunder Mountain, Mescal Trail, and Sugarloaf Mountain.
This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming apps on Smart TV`s. Cable service is not provided.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1000 for deodorization.

Everything was perfect, I especially loved the decor, books, and the little details like great drinking glasses and coffee mugs. The location and vibe was amazing. I loved watching the horses.

The guest house was very clean, great location for hiking and day tripping, and loaded with art, stones,gemstones and vortex earth items...Excellent location, beautiful scenery. I would recommend this cabin to book on your Sedona experience.

It was secluded and quiet which was just what we had hoped for and with a beautiful vista of colorful mountains from the porch. Fantastic!
